  2. 2 can(s) white or chunk light tuna packed in water (6 1/2oz can)

  3. 1 medium tomato seeded and chopped

  4. 1 small green pepper chopped

  5. 1/2 cup(s) kalamata olives pitted and sliced

  6. 1/3 cup(s) onion chopped

  7. 1 jar(s) marinated artichoke hearts (10 oz ) drained and sliced

  8. 1/4 cup(s) fresh parsley chopped

  9. 3/4 cup(s) Ken's Zesty Italian salad dressing

  10. 2 teaspoon(s) dijon mustard

  11. 1 teaspoon(s) salt

  12. 1 teaspoon(s) fresh ground pepper

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, until al dente. Drain Mix together remaining ingredients.

  2. Add to cooked pasta and mix well.

  3. To enjoy dish with fewer carbs, omit pasta, add 1/2 cup chopped celery and 1/2 cup sliced green olives.
