  2. 2 pounds bluefish fillet

  3. 12" long

  4. 1 cup wine -- white

  5. 3/4 teaspoon salt

  6. 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper

  7. 1 teaspoon oregano

  8. 1/2 cup parsley -- chopped

  9. 1/2 cup almonds -- crushed

  10. 12 cherry tomatoes

  11. 3 cups noodles -- cooked

  12. 1/4 cup parsley -- finely chopped

  13. 1/4 cup Romano cheese

  14. 1 tablespoon olive oil

  15. lemon pepper -- pinch

  1. Preheat oven to 400F Soak fish strips in wine for 5-10 minutes in fridge. Mix in small bowl spices, parsley and almonds. Dip fish in mixture, then roll each strip around cherry tomato. Place rolls on lightly oiled baking dish. Bake for 10-14 minutes. Prepare noodles while fish is baking. Drain and add parsley, cheese, oil and pepper. Place fish rolls on noodles and serve.
