  1. 6 Cooked Chicken Breasts

  2. 3 Carrot s (sliced)

  3. Sauce :

  4. 1/2 C. Flour

  5. 3 C. Chicken Broth

  6. 1 C. Light Cream

  7. Dressing Layer:

  8. 1 Onion (chopped)

  9. 1 Cube Butter

  10. 3/4 Loaf Bread Cubes

  11. 2 tsp Poultry Seasoning

  12. 1/2 tsp Salt

  1. Use broth used to cook chicken breasts to simmer chopped onion and carrots until tender. Drain and set aside. Tear chicken into bite size pieces.

  2. Sauce:

  3. Melt butter and stir in salt and flour until mixture is smooth. Add chicken broth and cream and stir over medium heat until thickened.

  4. Stir in carrots and onion and set mixture aside.

  5. Dressing Layer:

  6. Soften onion in butter. Toss bread cubes with seasonings and add butter/onion mixture and mix well.

  7. In a 9 x 13 baking pan layer chicken pieces, sauce and dressing. Repeat layers. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
