  5. 1 1/4 c Crushed crackers

  6. - Cheddar cheese-flavored

  7. 1 cn Creamed corn (16 oz can)

  8. 1 cn Italian peeled tomatoes

  9. - drained (14 oz can)

  10. 1 cn Chopped green chilies (4oz)

  11. 1 Medium onion, chopped

  12. 1 Medium green bell pepper

  13. - chopped 2 Garlic cloves, minced

  14. 3 Eggs

  15. 1/2 ts Salt

  16. 1 tb Chili powder

  17. 1 lb Ground round (85% lean)

  18. 1 tb Butter

  19. In large bowl, mix together 3/4 cup crushed

  20. crackers, corn, tomatoes, chilies, onions, bell

  21. pepper, garlic, eggs, salt and chili powder with a

  22. fork until well blended. Add ground round and knead

  23. with your hands until mixed. Transfer to a lightly

  24. buttered, deep 3-quart baking dish. Sprinkle remaining

  25. 1/2 cup crackers over top and dot with butter.

  26. 350-degree over about 1 hour,

  27. until center springs back when pressed with a finger.

  28. 4 to 6 servings. --
