  1. 1 tin chow mien noodles or 3 cups fried packaged chow mein noodles If you can't find them then use coarsely ground potato chips.

  2. 2 small tins of solid white tuna drained and flaked

  3. 1 can of either cream of celery soup (or chicken) (or mushroom)

  4. 1 half a soup tin of water

  5. 1 cup chopped celery

  6. 1 quarter cup chopped onion

  7. 1 quarter cup chopped cashews Salt & Pepper to taste

  1. How to make it Combine all ingredients saving 1 cup of chow mien noodles for the top. Place in medium casserole dish cover and bake at 350 F for 25 minutes. P.S. I have used leftover chicken for this did not seem to make a difference.
