  2. 1 tsp grated orange zest

  3. 8 cups (from a 10-oz pkg) mixed green lettuce

  4. 1 firm-ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and cut into chunks

  5. 1 jar (24 oz) citrus salad, drained (oranges with red and white grapefruit sections)

  6. 1 small red onion, thinly sliced

  1. Whisk vinaigrette with orange zest; cover and refrigerate until serving.

  2. Toss lettuce, avocado, citrus sections and onion with vinaigrette. Serve immediately.
