  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Prepared white horseradish

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chopped fresh basil

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Fresh lemon juice

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Soy sauce Salmon Nonstick vegetable oil spray

  7. 3 tablespoons 45ml Vegetable oil

  8. 1 tablespoon 15ml Prepared white horseradish

  9. 1 tablespoon 15ml Soy sauce

  10. 1 tablespoon 15ml Garlic clove - minced (small)

  11. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  12. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Coarsely-ground black pepper

  13. 6 Salmon fillets,

  14. 1" thk - (abt 6 oz ea)

  1. Recipe Instructions For Sauce: Mix all ingredients in small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. (Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and chill.) For Salmon: Spray grill rack generously with nonstick spray. Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat). Whisk oil, horseradish, soy sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper in another small bowl. Brush oil mixture over both sides of salmon fillets. Grill salmon just until opaque in center, about 4 minutes per side. Transfer salmon to plates. Serve with sauce. This recipe yields 6 servings.
