  6. 1 c Flour; Unbleached, Unsifted

  7. 1/4 c Brown Sugar

  8. 2 ts Cinnamon --CAKE--

  9. 2 1/4 c Flour; Unbleached, Unsifted

  10. 3/4 c Milk

  11. 1/4 c Sugar

  12. 1/2 c Butter Or Margarine

  13. 1/4 ts Salt

  14. 1 ea Egg; Large

  15. 1 pk Yeast; Dry TOPPING:

  16. For topping, mix sugars, cinnamon and flour. Cut in butter until mixture

  17. is crumbly.

  18. CAKE:

  19. To make cake, mix 1 cup flour, sugar, salt and yeast in a large bowl.

  21. 2 minutes. Beat in

  22. 1 cup flour. Beat on high speed for 2 minutes. Stir in enough

  23. flour to make a soft but stiff batter. Spread batter into a well-greased

  24. 9-inch square cake pan. Sprinkle with topping. Let rise in a warm place

  25. 1 1/2 hours. Bake at

  26. 350 degrees F. about minutes or until done.

  27. Makes 1 9-inch square cake. --
