  1. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Butter or margarine

  2. 3 oz 85g Unsweetened chocolate

  3. 3 cups 711ml Water

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  5. 1 Evaporated milk

  1. Recipe Instructions Melt butter in the top of a double boiler over boiling water. Add chocolate, heating until melted. Add sugar, 1/2 cup at a time, stirring until dissolved. Stir in salt. Slowly add milk. Mix well. Chill several hours before using.
