  1. 1 pound ground turkey

  2. 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs

  3. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  4. 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

  5. 1/3 cup finely chopped onion

  6. 1 egg, beaten

  7. 1 teaspoon soy sauce

  8. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  1. Preheat broiler. In a large bowl, combine turkey, bread crumbs, garlic powder, dry mustard, onions, egg, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Shape meat mixture into 4 patties, about 1/2 inch thick.

  2. On lightly greased broiling pan, broil burgers 6 inches from heat, about 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until no longer pink in center.
