  2. Butter: 1 stick (1/2 cup), melted

  3. Brown sugar: 1 1/2 cups

  4. White sugar: 1/2 cup

  5. Eggs: 4, beaten

  6. Flour: 1/2 cup

  7. Unsweetened dark cocoa powder: 1/2 cup

  8. Zest of 1 orange (or replace with 1 tsp vanilla extract)

  9. Salt: 1/2 tsp

  10. Walnuts: 1/4-1/2 cup

  1. Directions :

  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  3. Line parchment paper on a baking dish.

  4. Combine sugar, flour, cocoa powder, salt and walnuts in a bowl. Add melted butter, beaten eggs and zest of orange and mix well.

  5. Pour the batter into the baking dish.

  6. Bake in the oven for 30-40 min or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean .

  7. Transfer to a wire rack and let cool before cutting.
