  1. 2 pork fillet

  2. 1/3 cup basil pesto

  3. 4 rashers bacon , rindless

  4. 1/2 cup apple sauce

  1. Pork and bacon wraps Method 1. Cut pork fillets in half.

  2. Spread outside with 2/3 of basil pesto.

  3. Wrap bacon around fillets to cover outside.

  4. Bake in 180C oven for 25-30 minutes or until pork is cooked.

  5. Mix remaining pesto with apple sauce and heat until almost boiling, serve with fillets.
