  1. 1 tube (18 oz.) refigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

  2. 1 pkg. (8oz) softened cream cheese

  3. 1/2 c. sugar

  4. 1 egg

  1. Heat oven to 350°.

  2. Grease bottom of 9x13 pan.

  3. Cut cookie dough in half and press into bottom of pan for a smooth crust.

  4. In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and egg until smooth. Sread over crust.

  5. Crumble remaining dough over top.

  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick insered near the center comes out clean.

  7. Cool on wire rack. Refrigerate.
