  1. STEP 1: Melt 1 tablespoon of the Smart Balance® Omega-3 Butter Blend Stick in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add the onions and cook 7 minutes or until the onions begin to brown on edges, stirring frequently. STEP 2: Add the peppers to the onions, cook 2 minutes, add the chili powder and cook 2 minutes or until peppers are just tender, stirring frequently. STEP 3: Stir in the rice, beans, and water; cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently. Remove from heat, add the salt, black pepper, and remaining 2 tablespoons butter blend and stir until butter has melted. Serve with lime wedges.
