  1. Peel, devein, and split each shrimp lengthwise. Marinate in the liveoil and dill for 2 or 3 hours, covered, in the refrigerator.

  2. Thread each shrimp half on a skewer and grill over hot coals for 2 or 3minutes, depending on the thickness of the shrimp.
