  1. 10 Chicken thighs

  2. 3 tablespoons 45ml Light soy sauce

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Dry sherry

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Fresh ginger - grated

  5. 3 tablespoons 45ml Cornstarch

  6. 4 tablespoons 60ml Raw sesame seeds Peanut oil - deep frying

  1. Recipe Instructions Cut the chicken thighs in half across the bone. Marinate them in the soy sauce, sherry, ginger and enough cornstarch to make a thick sauce for 1 Hr. Add the sesame seeds. Deep fry pieces in peanut oil at 375 until lightly browned. You can try substituting beef for the chicken.
