  1. 1 cn Cream of Mushroom Soup

  2. 1 Loaf Italian or French bread

  3. 1/4 c Olive oil

  4. 1 Clove garlic; minced OR 1/4 ts Garlic powder

  5. 1/4 c Green onions; chopped

  6. 1/4 c Red peppers; chopped

  7. 1/4 ts Italian seasoning

  8. 2 c Mozzarella cheese; shredded

  9. 1 tb Parmesan cheese; grated

  10. 1" slices and place on baking sheet. Brush bread with oil and toast lightly under broiler. Heat oven to

  11. 375F. Spread one tablespoon of soup mixture evently over each slice.
