  1. 1 (11 1/2-ounce) can Apple KERNS from LIBBY'S All Nectar

  2. 3/4 cup uncooked plain couscous

  3. 1/3 cup sweetened dried cranberries

  4. 1 tablespoon butter or margarine

  5. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  6. 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice

  1. Place nectar in small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Stir in couscous, cranberries, butter, cinnamon and allspice. Remove from heat; cover. Let stand for 8 to 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed; fluff with fork before serving.
