  1. 1/2 cup water

  2. 1 tablespoon vanilla

  3. 1/3 cup sour cream

  4. 1 egg

  5. 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, softened

  6. 3 cups Gold Medal® Better for Bread™ flour

  7. 3 tablespoons sugar

  8. 1 1/4 teaspoons salt

  9. 2 teaspoons bread machine or quick active dry yeast

  1. Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.

  2. Select Sweet or Basic/White cycle. Use Light crust color. Do not use delay cycle. Remove baked bread from pan, and cool on wire rack.
