  1. Grasshopper Pie

  2. 14 Oreo cookies

  3. 24 large marshmallows

  4. 1 cup milk

  5. 1/4 cup creme de menthe

  6. 2 T. creme de cocoa

  7. 1/2 pint heavy cream

  8. A few drops green food coloring

  9. Melt marshmallows in milk and cool thoroughly! Crush oreos and line

  10. pie pan. (reserve a few for the top). Whip cream until stiff mix

  11. with cooled marshmallow mixture. Blend in creme de menthe and creme

  12. de cocoa gently, if desired, tint mixture with green food coloring.

  13. Put mixture in Oreo crust. Put the completed pie in the freezer

  14. and freeze until very firm. Top with reserved crumbs before serving.
