  2. 1/3 c Olive Oil

  3. 4 Garlic Cloves

  4. 1/2 ts Basil (fresh, chopped)

  5. 1/4 c Parsley (fresh, chopped)

  6. 1/2 c Parmesan Cheese

  7. 10" skillet over low
