  1. 1 1/2 C shell macaroni

  2. 1 6-oz.can artichoke hearts (drained,rinsed,chopped)

  3. 2 C broccoli flowerets

  4. 1 C cauliflower flowerets

  5. 1 C sliced ripe olive s (pitted and sliced)

  6. 1 C sliced fresh mushroom s

  7. 1/2 C chopped green onion

  8. 1 medium avocado , seeded, peeled

  9. 1 medium tomato , seeded and chopped

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain well. In a large bowl combine macaroni, broccoli flowerets, cauliflower flowerets, sliced mushrooms, artichoke hearts, ripe olives and chopped green onion. Toss with Italian dressing. Cover and chill several hours. At serving time, toss vegetable mixture with avocado and tomato.
