  3. 4 Garlic cloves - minced

  4. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Butter or margarine - melted

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Lemon juice

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Dried tarragon

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Steak sauce

  8. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Worcestershire sauce

  9. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Hot sauce Hot cooked fettuccine

  10. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chopped fresh parsley

  1. Recipe Instructions Peel and devein shrimp. Cook onion and garlic in butter in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly, 4 minutes; add lemon juice and next 4 ingredients. Bring to a boil; add shrimp, and cook, stirring constantly, 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Serve over fettuccine. Sprinkle with parsley. This recipe yields 4 servings.
