  1. 3 cups Sugarcane juice

  2. 1 cup Ginger juice a few drops Pineapple, chopped

  3. 1/2 cup Fresh mint leaves, chopped

  4. 1 tablespoon Rock salt (sendha namak) to taste Crushed ice as required Fresh mint sprigs , for garnish a few

  1. Transfer into a jug. Add chopped pineapple, fresh mint leaves and rock salt and mix well.Pour into tall glasses. Top it up with crushed ice. Serve garnished with fresh mint.
