  2. PRESTO POTATO SALAD

  7. 2 lb About 5 lg potatoes, peeled

  8. .and cut into medium sized

  9. .cube 2 c Mayonnaise

  10. 2 Hard boiled eggs, chopped

  11. 1/2 c Diced onion

  12. 1 c Chopped celery

  13. 3 ts Mustard

  14. 2 ts Salt

  15. 1 t Pepper

  16. 1/2 ts White vinegar

  17. 1 tb Sweet relish

  18. 1 t Paprika for sprinkling

  19. Cook the potatoes in a large pot of boiling salted water until just fork

  20. tender, about 20 minutes. Be careful not to overcook them. Drain the

  21. potatoes, and then place in a large bowl. Cover and chill. In a medium

  22. bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and then add the chilled potatoes.

  23. Mix well, then sprinkle with paprika. Salad should be served chilled.
