Baked Mahi Mahi with Mushroom Recipe Ingredients 1 pound mahi mahi fillets 8 ounces fresh mushrooms (sliced) 2 cloves garlic (crushed) 1/2 cup onion (chopped) a tablespoon onion powder 1/2 cup olive oil 1/2 cup soy sauce Salt and pepper to taste Directions for Preparation In a mixing bowl, combine together the marinade ingredients - garlic, chopped onion, onion powder, olive oil, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Keep this marinade aside. Rinse the mahi mahi fillets under a running tape and put them in a thick zip lock bag of appropriate size.
