  1. 3/4 Cup of Butter

  2. 1 1/2 Cup of Sugar

  3. 1 1/2 Cup of Flour

  4. 2 Eggs

  5. 1 tsp Almond Extract

  6. 1/3 Cup Sliced Almonds

  1. Melt butter and mix well with sugar 2. Beat in eggs 1 at a time.

  2. Stir in the extract and flour 4. Pour into a 9” greased and floured cake pan.(I use tart pans) 5. Sprinkle almonds and sugar on top 6. Bake 350 for 50 min. (Set timer for 40, because that is when mine is always done)
