  5. 1 lb Ground beef

  6. OR ground turkey

  7. 1 Bell pepper -- chopped

  8. 1 Onion -- chopped

  9. 1/2 c Mushroom -- sliced

  10. 1 cn Tomato paste

  11. 1/2 c Water

  12. 1 cn Whole kernel corn --

  13. Undrained Salt, pepper, seasonings --

  14. As desired 1 pk Macaroni and cheese

  15. OR Velveeta and Shells

  16. In large skillet, brown the ground beef or turkey with

  17. the chopped pepper, onion and mushrooms. Stir in the

  18. tomato paste and water and corn. Cook the macaroni and cheese according to package directions, adding milk

  19. and margarine if required. Add the macaroni and cheese to the beef mixture. Mix

  20. well and serve.
