  8. 2 cans nonfat chicken broth

  9. 2 cans water

  10. 3 cups potato -- cubed

  11. 2 tablespoons rice -- long grain

  12. 1/2 cup carrot -- sliced

  13. 1 teaspoon dillweed

  14. 1 tablespoon margarine

  15. 1 cup leek -- sliced

  16. 2 green onion -- sliced

  17. 1 tablespoon flour

  18. 1 cup corn -- frozen

  19. 1/3 pound fish filet (mild) -- such as turbot

  20. 1/2 can tuna in water

  21. In a large pot, combine chicken broth, water, potatoes, rice, carrots, and dill

  22. weed.

  23. In a skillet, melt margarine. Saute leeks and green onions until soft. Mix in f

  24. lour until smooth and remove from heat.

  25. Add leek-flour mixture to soup. Simmer soup until potatoes are fully cooked (ab

  26. 20 minutes.

  28. or until fish is fully cooked.
