  1. 1 Mori-Nu silken style tofu - (12 1/3 oz) - extra firm

  2. 1/4 cup 59ml Raspberry juice

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Unbleached cane sugar

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Safflower oil

  1. Recipe Instructions In a food processor or blender, combine all of the ingredients and puree for several minutes until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a glass or plastic container and store in the refrigerator. Serve as a topping for fruit, pies, and desserts. This recipe yields 1 1/2 cups.
