  1. 6 tablespoons 90ml Margarine or butter

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Olive oil

  3. 3/4 cup 109g / 3.8oz Ricotta cheese

  4. 3/4 cup 109g / 3.8oz Mozzarella cheese

  5. 4 oz 113g Cream cheese

  6. 3/4 cup 177ml Salmon - - drained (1 small can)

  7. 1 Garlic clove Fillo dough

  1. Recipe Instructions Melt butter or margarine and olive oil and set aside. Mix cheeses, salmon and garlic. Stack three sheets fillo dough together with butter mixture in between. Cut into six strips. Put small tablespoon filling on end of each strip. Diagonally roll folding over on itself. Brush with more butter. Bake until golden at 400F
