  2. 1 Baguette - sliced

  3. 8 oz 227g Fresh goat cheese

  4. 12 Fresh chive blades

  5. 2 sections Fresh rosemary - leaves stripped

  6. 1/4 cup 10g / 0.4oz Flat-leaf parsley

  7. Coarsely-ground black pepper - to taste

  8. Individual Portion

  9. 1 Crusty roll - sliced thin on

  10. An angle

  11. 2 oz 56g Fresh goat cheese

  12. 1 tablespoon 15ml Fresh chopped parsley

  13. 3 Chive blades

  14. 1/2 section Rosemary - stripped

  1. Arrange sliced baguette or sliced crusty roll rounds on a cookie sheet or broiler pan. Toast under hot broiler until lightly golden on each side. Remove toasts from broiler and arrange on a serving plate.

  2. Remove goat cheese log or buttons from packaging and set on cutting board. Chop and combine fresh chives, rosemary and parsley. Add coarse black pepper to the herb mixture.

  3. Roll goat cheese in the herbs to coat evenly. Set goat cheese alongside toasts. Using a spreader or butter knife, spread herbed cheese on warm toasts.

  4. This recipe yields 1 to 4 servings.
