  11. 1/2 cup red burgundy

  12. 2 tree ears

  13. 1 teaspoon kosher salt

  14. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  15. 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary

  16. 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning

  1. heat oil in a dutch oven, over a medium flame add onions and saute until transparent add garlic and parsley heat and stir for 2 minutes add italian sausage and ground beef heat and stir until well browned remove from heat and drain well add remaining ingredients and place over a medium flame bring to a boil, reduce flame to low, cover, and simmer for 3 hours, stirring often skim well serve hot
