  2. Soy sauce

  3. 1 tb Sake

  4. 2 tb Pre-flaked katsuobushi

  1. Use this sauce for dipping sashimi.

  2. Combine the soy sauce, sake, katsuobushi and MSG in a small saucepan and bring to a boil uncovered, stirring constantly.

  3. Strain through a fine sieve and allow to cool.
