  5. 1/4 cup 23g / 0.8oz Coconut rum Cheese Layer

  6. 24 oz 681g Cream cheese - softened

  7. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Sugar

  8. 1/4 cup 23g / 0.8oz Coconut rum

  9. 2 Crushed pineapple; drain - large cans

  10. 1 cup 93g / 3 1/3oz Coconut

  11. 1 cup 93g / 3 1/3oz Almonds - chopped

  12. 3 Eggs

  1. Recipe Instructions Cream margarine, sugar and coconut rum, beat in flour until blended. Stir in nuts. Pat into 10x15" pan. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes. Cool. CHEESE LAYER: Beat cheese, sugar, eggs and coconut rum until creamy. Stir in pineapple. Pour on baked crust. Mix nuts and coconut. Sprinkle over all. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes. Cool. Cut into bars.
