  1. 1 pound ground turkey

  2. 1/2 cup reduced fat feta cheese

  3. 2 teaspoons McCormick® Oregano Leaves

  4. 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Thyme Leaves

  5. 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Black Pepper, Ground

  6. 2 teaspoons olive oil

  7. 1/4 cup plain lowfat yogurt

  8. McCormick® Black Pepper, Ground

  9. McCormick® Cumin, Ground

  10. Sea Salt from McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder

  11. 4 whole wheat hamburger rolls

  12. Red leaf lettuce, tomato and cucumber slices

  1. Mix ground turkey, feta, oregano, thyme and 1/2 teaspoon pepper in large bowl. Shape into 4 patties.

  2. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat until hot. Add patties; cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).

  3. Season yogurt to taste with pepper, cumin and sea salt. Serve burgers on toasted rolls. Top each burger with 1 tablespoon of the yogurt mixture. Garnish with desired toppings.
