  1. 4 Chicken breasts - boneless and - skinless

  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Lime juice

  3. 2 Garlic cloves - minced

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Chili powder

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Ground cumin

  6. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Ground red pepper

  7. 1 D hot sauce -

  8. 4 Non-fat cheese

  9. 1 Loaf French bread - cut - lengthwise in half Lettuce leaves - opt. Sliced tomatoes - opt. Purple onion slices - opt.

  10. 4 tablespoons 60ml Bottled salsa

  1. Recipe Instructions Prepare outdoor grill for cooking or preheat grill. With meat mallet or heavy skillet, flatten chicken to 1/4" thickness. In small bowl, combine lime juice, garlic and seasonings; spread on one side of each chicken breast. Place chicken on cooking surface of grill over medium coals or on rack of grill pan; grill 6-8 minutes, turning once. Top chicken with non-fat cheese slice; continue cooking until cheese softens. To serve, cut bread into 4 sections. For each sandwich arrange lettuce, tomato, purple onion, chicken and 1 tablespoon salsa on bottom half of bread; cover with top half of bread.
