  5. 5 Bacon: fried, crisp,crumbled

  6. 1 1/2 c Chicken; cooked, cubed

  7. 1 pk Vegetables; mixed, frozen*

  8. 1 1/2 c Cheddar Cheese; shredded

  9. 2 Tomatoes; medium, chopped*

  10. 1 cn Soup; Cream of Chicken*

  11. 3/4 c Milk

  12. 1 1/2 c Biscuit Baking Mix

  13. 2/3 c Milk

  14. 1 cn French Fried Onions*

  15. *1 package (10 ounces) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed

  16. and drained. *1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of

  17. chicken soup *1 can (2.8 ounces) Durkee French Fried

  18. Onions. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In large bowl,

  19. combine bacon, chicken, mixed vegetables, 1 cup

  20. cheese, the tomatoes, soup and 3/4 cup milk. Pour

  21. chicken mixture into greased 8x12 inch baking dish.

  22. 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

  23. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine baking mix, 2/3 cup

  24. milk and 1/2 can French Fried onions to form soft

  25. dough. Spoon biscuit dough in 6 mounds around edges of

  26. 15 to 20 minutes or until

  27. biscuits are golden brown. Top biscuits with remaining

  28. 1 to 3 miutes or until onions

  29. are golden brown. Makes 6 servings.

  30. --MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS-- Prepare

  31. chicken mixture as above, except reduce 3/4 cup milk

  32. 1/2 cup; pour into 8x12 inch microwave safe dish.

  33. Cook, covered on HIGH 10 minutes or until heated

  34. through. Stir chicken mixture halfway through cooking

  35. time. Prepare biscuit dough as above. Stir casserole

  36. and spoon biscuit dough over hot chicken mixture as

  37. 7 to 8 minutes or until

  38. biscuits are done. Rotate dish halfway through

  39. 05 PM cooking time. Top

  40. biscuits with remaining cheese and onions; cook,

  41. 1 minute or until cheese melts. Let stand minutes. Recipe from the Quick & Easy Casseroles
