  8. 6 tb Flour

  9. 1 Onion,large,sliced

  10. 1 Green bell pepper,sm,sliced

  11. 2 c Beef broth

  12. 1 ts Worcestershire sauce

  13. 3/4 ts Tabasco sauce

  14. 1/2 ts Thyme,crumbled

  15. 1 lb Beef,thinly sliced cooked

  16. 4 Hero rolls

  17. 1. Melt butter in medium saucepan; stir in flour.

  18. 2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until flour browns, about 4

  19. minutes.

  20. 3. Add onion and bell pepper.

  21. 4. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, about 5 minutes; gradually

  22. stir in broth.

  23. 5. Add Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and thyme; stir constantly until

  24. mixture boils and thickens.

  25. 6. Cut a thin slice from top of each roll; scoop out soft insides.

  26. 7. Arrange meat on each roll; spoon gravy over meat and replace tops on
