  1. 100 gms soft cooking cheese

  2. 3 tbsp butter melted butter

  3. 1 small fresh bread loaf (unsliced)

  1. Cream the cheese and 3 tablespoons of butter together until very soft. Remove the crust from all sides of the bread loaf and cut the bread lengthwise into thin slices. Place the slices on a damp cloth and spread some of the cheese mixture on each slice. Roll as tightly as possible. Fasten with toothpicks. Put the rolls in plastic bag and chill in the freezer compartment of a refrigerator for about 15 minutes. Brush each roll with melted butter. Toast in a hot oven at 400°F for 10 to 15 minutes until crisp. Serve hot.
