  1. 4 cups cut-up rhubarb

  2. 1/3 cup water

  3. 1/2 package (4-serving size) strawberry-flavored gelatin (1/4 cup)

  4. 1 cup chopped fresh or frozen (thawed) strawberries

  5. 1/2 gallon vanilla frozen yogurt

  1. Heat rhubarb and water to boiling in 2-quart saucepan. Boil 5 minutes, stirring occasionally; remove from heat. Stir in gelatin until dissolved. Boil 5 minutes longer, stirring constantly; remove from heat.

  2. Stir in strawberries. Serve sauce warm or cold, layering frozen yogurt and sauce in parfait glasses.
