  2. 1/2 cup diced bacon

  3. 2 cups water

  4. 1 pint fresh octopus -- steamed until

  5. -- tender

  6. 2 cups slightly undercooked -- steamed rice

  7. 1 pound canned tomatoes

  8. 1 can okra

  9. 1/2 cup diced onions

  10. 1 diced green pepper

  11. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne

  12. 1/2 cup diced celery

  13. salt and pepper to taste
