  1. 1 egg , lightly beaten

  2. 2 tablespoons chili sauce

  3. 1 teaspoon dried onion flakes

  4. 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

  5. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  6. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  7. 1 dash pepper

  8. 1 lb lean ground beef

  9. 4 hamburger buns, split

  1. Coat grill rack with cooking spray before starting the grill.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the egg, chili sauce, onion, horseradish, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.

  3. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well.

  4. Shape into four 3/4-inch thick patties.

  5. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 5 - 7 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees and juice run clear.

  6. Serve on buns with desired toppings.

  7. Tip: After forming your patties, make a little well in the center of each hamburger patty and your burger won't cook up into a ball shape -- the little well formed in the center helps your burger keep the right shape. ?
