  2. 2 tablespoon rice wine (or sherry if you can't find it)

  3. 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  4. 4 tablespoon sugar

  5. 1 tablespoon chopped garlic

  6. 2 tablespoon freshly grated ginger

  7. 2 tablespoon honey

  8. Mix in a food processor or with a whisk,

  9. 6 hours

  10. Barbeque, broil or grill to taste.
