  1. 3 onions sliced thinly

  2. 4 apples -- peeled -- cored -- and thinly sliced

  3. 1 teaspoon salt

  4. 1 tablespoon curry powder

  5. 1 frying chicken -- cut up

  1. Preparation : In 3 qt casserole, mix together onion and apples and sprinkle with salt and curry powder. Mix well. Arrange chicken skin down over mixture. sprinkle generously with paprika. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees about 45 minutes or in a crock pot for 6 hours on high.
