  1. 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed

  3. meat slices

  4. mustard

  5. ketchup

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Gently unfold puff pastry and roll out on lightly floured surface to remove fold lines. Using cookie cutters or using a knife, cut out Halloween shapes - a ghost, black cat, pumpkin, a witch's broom. Make sure you cut even numbers of each, because they will be sandwiched together.

  2. Place one shape of each pair on a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet. Top with meats and cheeses, cut to fit with about 1/4" space of puff pastry around the edge. Cut designs on the other puff pastry pair for each shape and place over the filling. Gently press edges to seal.

  3. Bake for 13-17 minutes until the pastry is puffed and light golden brown. Use mustard and ketchup to make faces, and for dipping.
