  3. 2 Black peppercorns - (to 3)

  4. 2 (to 3)

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Ground ginger To Assemble

  6. 1 cup 237ml Water

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Sugar

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Darjeeling tea leaves

  9. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Masala spice mix

  10. 1/4 cup 59ml Milk

  1. Recipe Instructions 1. Grind cinnamon stick, cardamom, black pepper corns, and cloves to a powder. Stir in ground ginger.

  2. Combine water, sugar, tea and 1/4 teaspoon spice mix in a pan and bring to a boil. Simmer for one minute.

  3. Add milk, bring to a boil and simmer for 3-5 minutes.

  4. Strain into a mug or teapot.
