  1. 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Mozzarella Cheese , cut lengthwise into quarters

  2. 1 cucumber , peeled, cut lengthwise in half

  3. 16 grape tomato es

  4. 16 jumbo black olives , pitted, drained

  5. 32 arugula leaves

  6. 1/4 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

  1. CUT each cheese piece into 4 chunks, then cut each cucumber half into 8 chunks.

  2. THREAD cheese and cucumbers onto 16 (6-inch) wooden skewers with all remaining ingredients except dressing. Place on platter.

  3. DRIZZLE with dressing.
