  1. 2 Tbl celery seed

  2. 1 Tbl paprika

  3. 1 Tbl ground nutmeg

  4. 1 Tbl chili powder

  5. 1 Tbl garlic powder

  6. 1 Tbl onion salt

  7. 2 Tbl dried marjoram

  8. 1 Tbl kosher salt

  9. 1 1/2 Tbl brown sugar

  10. 1 Tbl fresh ground black pepper

  11. 2 sides of salmon (3 1/2 lbs each) extra virgin olive oil

  1. Combine all spices. Generously rub the spice mixutre on the flesh side of the salmon and drizzle with a ligt coat of oil. Place the salmon on the grill, flesh side first. Let cook for about 7 to ten minutes each side.
