1 tablespoon butter
1 onion, chopped
2 cups leftover crumbled meatloaf
1 (15-ounce) can spicy baked beans
2 tablespoons mustard
6 hot dogs or Polish sausages
6 hot dog or Hoagie buns, split and toasted
1-1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

In large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Add meatloaf, undrained baked beans, and mustard; simmer.
Heat hot dogs or sausages as directed on package. Place hot dogs or sausages in toasted buns. Spoon meatloaf mixture over; sprinkle with cheese and serve immediately.
